"What should I do with it?" Daddoo asked.
"Cut it in two equal halves."
"Aren't halves always equal," asked Daddoo,"and two in numbers?"
"Sometimes."
"And sometimes...," Daddoo wondered.
"...they are not equal."
"But they are halves!"
"Yes, each could be a half. A half from a different 'one'."
"What about the original one?" asked Daddoo.
"Which one?"
"The one we got halves from."
"Which one? Where is it?"
"Of course it is no longer there."
"Then it doesn't matter."
"Am I stupid?" asked Daddoo.
"Half."

Born on a Train
"She was holding him tightly to her chest."
"Did you hit her?" asked Daddoo.
"All of us."
"How close was she holding him?"
"I could see his eyes."
"What was in there?" asked Daddoo.
"We all died yesterday. On a train."

Why do we fall?
'Can you fly?', asked Daddoo.
'I am not supposed to fly.'
'You are not supposed to talk either.'
'It doesn't make sense.'
'Can you fly?', asked Daddoo.
'What is your question?'
'Can I fly?'
'Yes.'
'But where are my wings? I don't see them!', Daddoo asked.
'You forgot to close your eyes.'

Talking Lobster Doesn't Make Sense
'Yesterday, I found a bag.', said Daddoo.
'Where?'
'I don't remember. I just found it.'
'What did you do?'
'I opened it.' replied Daddoo. 'There was another bag inside.'
'People told me I don't make sense. Talking lobster doesn't make sense.'
'I opened that too. There was one more inside. And I opened that one too, and there was another...'
'Did you find anything?'
'I was not trying to find anything?' said Daddoo.
'Then why were you opening them?'
'There was nothing else to do? But I counted them.'
'How many did you find?'
'I don't remember. I am still counting.'
'Where?'

Daddoo's FoX
'Some one painted a cat in my room last night.'
'Why would someone paint a cat?'
'They can paint anything they want.'
'No. They can not.'
'Why do you say so?'
'I feel so.'
'May be they just feel like painting cats.
'Why do you complain then?'
'I am not complaining'
'You don't like cats?'
'Why does it always have to come to what I like?'
'What else is there?'
'Only a cat.'

Daddoo's Purchasing Power (Contd.)
'I have always wanted to wet my feet in rains. It gives you that feeling of wretchedness and ..' Daddoo murmured.
'Our life is wretched by definition. Lobsters are supposed to feel so.'
'You should not always keep it wet.'
'What else do you want?'
'Balloons.' Daddoo replied instantly.
'Should I ask why?'
'They don't get wet. And I can buy them.' Daddoo continued, 'What do you want?'
'I cannot buy anything.'
'If I give you a balloon for free, would you want it then?' Daddoo asked.
'How long could you keep your feet wet?'
'Till I get a new balloon.'

Daddoo's Purchasing Power
'Take your time. Let me know whenever you feel like doing so.' Daddoo said.
'What if I just forget everything?'
'Well then I will think you are taking your time.'
'And how long will you wait?'
'Till the time you let me know.' Daddoo replied.
'Never.'
'Forever.'
